Clients have varying degrees of needs. Projects that have a 3 to 6 month lead time would be low priority. Then there are projects that are more important but not necessarily urgent. A bleeding neck problem would be: “I need a sales letter tomorrow!! Can you please write this for me and I’ll double your fee?” Very high priority and closely linked to their revenue stream.
