Have time set aside every night to make a list of things that you need to get done, then choose 6 things to do. Put each item on your calendar. Make a time appointment on your calendar for each item and follow your plan through the day. That will make you much more productive. At least once a week I make a master list of everything I need to do and choose the 6 most important things and put them on my calendar so they have a specific time that I will do them.
